Dr. Victoria Leung, MD, FRCSC, is an ophthalmologist with subspecialty expertise in cataract, eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital surgery. She is a staff surgeon at William Osler Health System.
Following undergraduate studies at Brown University, Dr. Leung completed her medical studies at the University of Toronto. Subsequently, she completed residency training in ophthalmology at the University of Toronto, followed by subspecialty training in oculoplastic and orbital surgery at the University of Montreal. During her time at the University of Toronto and the University of Montreal, she studied under internationally recognized experts in the fields of cataract, eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital surgery.
Dr. Leung is the recipient of numerous surgical, clinical, and research awards in the field of ophthalmology, including the following:

Dr. Leung has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals on cataract surgery, eyelid, and orbital surgery. She was invited as one of fifty residents across North America to attend the Heed Ophthalmic Foundation Retreat to discuss professional advancements in ophthalmology.
Dr. Leung is a board-certified Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). She is also an active member of the Canadian Ophthalmological Society, the Canadian Medical Association, the Ontario Medical Association, and the Toronto Ophthalmological Society.
Dr. Leung is fluent in English and French and speaks conversational Cantonese. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to optimize the eye health of all her patients.
